Food for the Flu Dude

Just your average zhouslow-cooked with extra ginger, and topped with shrimp paste, mincemeat and spring onions.

    i was not feeling so good myself.. had stiff neck, result in dull headaches at the temples.. saw a Chinese Coc yesterday evening, took some herbal mixture prescribed by the Doc, hey not bad! Today my stiff neck and headaches are gone! ;-)
