Evening Masala Chai

In a typical aluminium kettle, black tea brewed sweet  with ginger, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon, and served with evaporated milk.

  2. Well, it's the type that is typically used by the chai stalls in Dubai. Of course, they use bigger ones.

  3. First time I heard of masala chai.. actually should pronounce as cha.. chai is more like veggies in mandarin.. oh I like masali thosai.. usually eat it for a light dinner...

  4. "chai" is how tea is said in Hindi, as derived from Chinese "cha".
